Billing Alert Alarm Not working

I have created a CloudWattrch Alarm for Billing Alart. So, if the billing threshold is breached, I should get a notification email. But in the end, the billing threshold broke, but I didn't get any emails. When I check the "All alarm" in CloudWatch, it shows me insufficient data. I have tried to change the period for this alarm, but I keep getting state: "insufficient data".

Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this issue?

Hi, if the alarm shows insufficient data, it means the alarm cannot see the billing data.

There could be different reasons for that, a common one is if the alarm has been created in another region than us-east-1, as the billing data is only emitted in that region.
