Hi, if the alarm shows insufficient data, it means the alarm cannot see the billing data.
There could be different reasons for that, a common one is if the alarm has been created in another region than us-east-1, as the billing data is only emitted in that region.
Another very common reason is forgetting to turn on the "receive billing alerts" setting: see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/monitor_estimated_charges_with_cloudwatch.html
