Build and sell AWS within an organization

Question

Greetings,

We are looking to start a business service and would like to check if it is permitted. We would like to create an AWS organization and have account for each of our customers. Then we build and sell various server environments to them,  and provide support.

Is this an authorized use case of AWS services, and should we go through a specific process on Amazon. We learnt about APN but can't find one in our area

if you are going to sell software, you can create an AMI (amazon machine image) and publish it to AWS Marketplace.  https://docs.aws.amazon.com/marketplace/latest/userguide/product-submission.html

Your clients will be able to subscribe to it and use it.

If you are going to provide SaaS, you can deploy it in your environment and expose it via Private Link. In such a way, you can sell it to your customers by providing access
