Hi, have had Workmail for a couple of years for our family domain. it recently started blocking outgoing mail. I am on the free tier so I can ask for support, and we are not over any of our limits. is there a place I can look to unblock?

Make sure your domain is properly verified with AWS WorkMail and Ensure that you have correctly configured your Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) records in your DNS settings. Incorrect configurations can lead to email delivery issues.

  • Thank you. Yes, the domain is in route53 and has previously worked. Re-confirmed all DNS entries.

The error means that your account is limited, this can have various causes. There should be a notification in your personal health dashboard with instructions what to do to unblock your account.
