Amazon Pinpoint Journey Engagement Metrics API for Contact Center(Amazon Connect)

Hi,

I am running an amazon connect HVOC campaign through the Amazon Pinpoint Journey. There is an Activity journey engagement metrics of contact center(Amazon Connect) available in pinpoint UI and want to use this outcome metrics to showcase in a custom UI.

The pinpoint API reference documentation has the API for Journey engagement metrics which has KPI's that relates with email metrics and not with the contact center metrics.
So, Is there any other API or any possibilities to get this? can some help on this please?

It depends on what you want to show. Predominantly, the metrics you would want to show are in Connect.
