Unable to create and save Jupyter Notebook in AWS Glue

I'm attempting to write some ETL jobs in a jupyter notebook, however whenever I leave the page the notebook isn't listed on my written jobs. When I attempt to save the notebook manually I get this error

"Failed to update job [s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com] putObject: NetworkingError: Network Failure"

This happens for the spark python shell as well, all other job types seem to save fine.
