Cross account access for the code deployment

Hello All,

I am creating a code pipeline in my Development account. The pipeline is having stage like source, build and deploy. It is deploying the code on the ecs fargate cluster. This fargate cluster is in different account(Resources). I am currently not able to specify the details for the ecs cluster which is in the resource account in the development account. How to setup the code deploy for the resources account deployment in the Development account?
