An AWS Workspace is just a Windows Server which is an EC2 which is hosted in an AWS owned account. Optionally with an EIP on your VPC. The same information in the link is applicable.
As well as checking the Windows Server local setting, I would check the RDP Group policy setting for NLA as this too can enforce/set the NLA setting on your workspace.

Hi ! Thanks for your answer. Where can i check those settings ? in workSpace setting? (But i don't see this kind on settings ?) Or in Directory setting...? Or in EC2 setting ?
Thanks so much ! I really appreciate it !
Afraid you have to check the settings directly on your workspace. Do you have any workspaces that work?
Try and rdp if possible to the broken from a working workspace and check the settings in windows server.
