Can't create a certificate using the AWS Certificate manager

0

Greetings all,

I have an active ROOT CA, expiring on 2033.12.31 I have an active SUBORDINATE CA, expiring on 2024.12.31

Any time I try to create a private certificate, I get a FAILED result with the following error message "The signing certificate for the CA you specified in the request has expired." -

Would someone have any hint about this? Thank you all.

Even though the issue was not really listed in the link above, I extended the validity life of the subordinate certificate to 5 years, and it did the trick.
