Hi,
If you're seeing charges while using the AWS Free Tier, here's what you can do:
1.Check Usage: The Free Tier has limits (e.g., 750 hours of EC2 usage per month). If you go over these, you’ll get billed. Check your usage in the AWS Billing Dashboard.
2.Review Active Resources: Make sure there are no running services that aren't covered by the Free Tier.
3.Contact AWS Support: If you think you stayed within Free Tier limits, contact AWS Support. They can review your account and clarify any charges. https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/

Please go through the below steps I hope it will solve your issue.
1. Check Your Free Tier Usage
Verify your usage against the Free Tier limits:
- Log in to the AWS Management Console.
- Navigate to the Billing and Cost Management Dashboard.
- Go to Free Tier in the left-hand menu.
- Review your Free Tier usage to see if you’re exceeding the limits.
2. Review Your Billing Details

- In the Billing and Cost Management Dashboard, go to Bills.

3. Identify Any Services Not Covered by Free Tier
Some AWS services or configurations may not be covered by the Free Tier. Check the AWS Free Tier documentation for details on what’s included and any limitations.
4. Adjust or Terminate Unnecessary Resources
- If you identify resources that should not be billed or are exceeding Free Tier limits:
- Terminate or downsize those resources through the AWS Management Console.
- Ensure you do not have unused resources running.
5. Contact AWS Support
For billing disputes or specific issues: Open a Support Case:
- Go to the AWS Support Center.
- Click on Create Case and select Billing.
- Provide details about your issue and request a review of the charges.
6. Update Billing Alerts
To avoid future surprises:
- Set up billing alerts to notify you when your usage approaches the Free Tier limits
