Redis is stuck in the create status for cluster and in the delete for node

I tried to upgrade the Redis engine to version 6.2, and on the first failed attempt I had connectivity issues on my side, so I started it again, and when I saw the same error for node 1, I tried to delete it, and now it's stuck. I am using CloudFormation to deploy a Redis cluster and there seems to be some kind of conflict. Could you help me?
