How to use a new Dataset in a duplicated sheet? Is there an option to replace dataset for duplicated sheet?

Quick question in case I want to accelerate a process and use the same sheet format in different tab. For example: Jan, Feb, march, to Oct. Let say the format of the sheet is the same. How do I use the same sheet to create for Nov. without recreating the same sheet from scratch? I see there is an option to duplicate the sheet, but how do I connect the duplicated sheet to a new dataset?
