FSX OpenZfs filesystem restrict access to directories within a Volume

I can see that is possible to control access to OpenZFS volumes using various techniques. Is it possible to restrict access to child directories of a given volume also?

Eg: I have a volume /foo, with a directory /foo/bar and /foo/baz. How can I configure access to only /foo/bar for a UID/GID?

Our client will be windows, but happy to see how it works with linux or windows. I'm guessing that it may be possible using NFS Options in the NFS Exports tab?
