Cost and Usage Report and the S3 new folder path CUR is reported was not created on January 1, 2024

Hi,

Just to clarify, you can now see the correct prefix '~/20240101-20240201/' in your CUR S3 bucket, but you where not able to see it on January 2 (Korea time).

If my understanding is correct, it could be a time zone latency situation, "AWS updates your report at least once a day until your charges are finalized" (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cur/latest/userguide/what-is-cur.html).

The report (and S3 structure) might have been update at the end of day US time.
