amazon lex v2: New line in Twilio WhatsApp ?

Hello,

I'm integrating Amazon Lex with WhatsApp through Twilio but can't get newline characters (\n) to work in the messages. Does anyone know how to format messages with line breaks in this setup? Any advice or workaround would be greatly appreciated.

In Amazon Lex with Twilio integration, use "%0a" to represent newline characters instead of "\n". For example, "Hello%0aWorld" will display as:

Hello
World

Ensure that the message body is URL-encoded and includes "%0a" wherever line breaks are desired.
