無法刪除 VPC Endpoint

com.amazonaws.elasticache.serverless.ap-northeast-1.vpce-svc-0ad54c27c895534da 這一個 VPC Endpoint，是由 ElastiCache Serverless Redis 所建立的，是無法直接刪除的。

當您將特定的 ElastiCache Serverless Redis cluster 刪除後，後台系統會自動去刪除由 ElastiCache Serverless Redis 所創建 VPC Endpoint 及相關資源。

建議您先去 東京 ap-northeast-1 這個區域的 ElastiCache 控制台 上，看看是否仍有 未刪除/運行中 的 ElastiCache Serverless Redis cluster。
