[Suggestion] Include CDK Application Filter in Console

Not sure if this has been discussed, but would love to see the option in AWS console to filter all resources based on a CDK application ID or even CloudFormation stack. Similar to how we can select a region. This would help reduce a lot of clutter when working on a single application, when you have multiple apps hosted in the same account/region(s).
