AWS Account verification futile

I recently opened an AWS account with high hopes of using it for my training program. However, my excitement was short-lived as my account was closed due to verification issues. I was devastated as I had invested a considerable amount of time and effort in setting up the account.

I immediately reached out to the AWS verification team via their email address, aws-verification@amazon.com, hoping to get a resolution. However, to my disappointment, all my efforts proved abortive. I tried several times to explain my situation and provide the necessary documents for verification, but all my attempts were futile.

The closure of my AWS account has caused me a great deal of unhappiness and frustration. I had planned my training program around the use of AWS services and now I am left with no other option. It is disheartening to think that all my hard work has gone to waste due to a verification issue.

I understand the need for security and verification, but I feel that there should be a more efficient and effective way of handling such issues. The lack of communication and support from the AWS verification team has left me feeling ignored and helpless.

AWS has strict policy on this so you cant get back that account. Instead create a new account with new email id and if there are any cert in old one request if they can transfer to new email ..
