Microsoft Office Professional 2019 Licensing for AWS AppStream Image

I am currently in the process of creating an image for AWS AppStream for our Oracle-based application. This application relies on Microsoft Office Professional 2019 to fully support its functionalities. However, I have encountered some challenges and have the following questions:

1. How can I purchase the Microsoft Office Professional 2019  license for the AppStream image using AWS License Manager?

2. If it's impossible to acquire the license directly from AWS, would it be feasible to obtain the permit externally and install it on the AppStream image?

3. Given that the Oracle application will be accessed by multiple users, I'm unsure whether a single license for the image would suffice, or if I need multiple licenses for each individual user.

1. How can I purchase the Microsoft Office Professional 2019  license for the AppStream image using AWS License Manager?
- You can't purchase Office 2019 for AppStream 2.0 using AWS License Manager.

2. If it's impossible to acquire the license directly from AWS, would it be feasible to obtain the permit externally and install it on the AppStream image?
- You would have to work with the vendor (Microsoft) to purchase a license and get approval to use it on AppStream 2.0.

3. Given that the Oracle application will be accessed by multiple users, I'm unsure whether a single license for the image would suffice, or if I need multiple licenses for each individual user.
- Same with Oracle unfortunately. With AppStream 2.0, each user has their own instance / session. Users are not sharing the same session. You would have to work with Oracle to determine your licensing options for non-persistent EUC environments or specifically AppStream 2.0.
