All WorkMail Emails in Organization Going To Junk - No Rules

All of my organization's emails in Amazon WorkMail are going to their junk folders and we haven't changed anything in the organization settings. Any idea how to fix this?

    Also have this problem where my emails from a verified domain in WorkMail are ending up in their junk mail (and we do not send out marketing spam emails from our domain) - So now one has to upgrade to a support plan to submit a query to AWS to try find out why this is happening!
