Google robot cannot read S3 images from CloudFront

Hello, on my website I recently switch images from S3 to Cloudfront CDN with ImageTransformation (width, format).

I observed, for unknown reason, Google is not able to read images from CDN whereas S3 images can be read.

As shown in below image, the 1 is an image with direct S3 link. It works. The 2 is a CDN link that point to Cloudfront with the same S3 as origin. Google can't read.

Someone already faced this kind of issue ? No suspicious header as response, maybe the query params in the image URL ?
