Redshift Query Editor V2 access from different account

Hello,

is it currently possible to access Redshift datasets in a different AWS account than the one I am running Query Editor V2? This account is currently delegated to another management account via Identity Center, and since I enabled the Redshift Application on Identity Center I wonder if there is a way to enable some sort of trusted access.
