Chromium Update breaking console access

Hello, I recently updated my google chrome browser to 124.0.6367.119 and found that my connections to AWS were being blocked. Right before I downloaded the update I was able to access the console. The specific error message is "This site can't be reached.....start.us-east-1.us-home.awsapps.com unexpectedly closed the connection".

I ruled out the issue being my network setup since I can successfully access AWS on Safari. I also think it's a wider chromium issue and not just google chrome since I am seeing the same behavior on the Brave browser. For now I can downgrade chrome or just use Safari, but I want to know if others have experienced this and how they are handling it.
