C Panel not open

When We open WHM. That opened perfectly but we clicked on the website c panel that time redirected to xfercpanel path and my browser was loading and did not open this. also I got the notification on WHM first is a new version update and the second is last attempt was blocked. I had time to try to update the version but that was not installed so please solve my issue.
