NOT SAFE error_ certificate expired!!

Question

Hi,
My website is down and NO ONE reached out to me to tell me anything about my certificate's expiration! Something as major as shutting down a website completed should have a sufficient warning!
I need someone to call me asap to show me how to fix this, because my developers are overseas sleeping.
