AWS Workmail Verification Failed

Question

Hello,
I bought a domain in namecheap.com and added the domain to the AWS Workmail.

I have configured all of the records, why the status is "Verification Failed" ?

Answer

Underscores may not be used in TXT record names as described in the following document.  
Try omitting "_amazonses" from the TXT record name.
