Hi, In the new Log Analytics (previously Log Insights), I created a scheduled query but cannot find anymore the way to view/update the scheduling. Where can I find it? Regards,

Hello.

I can't find Scheduled Queries in the Management Console on my AWS account either.
However, the API itself still exists, so I think it's best to configure it using the AWS CLI.

aws logs list-scheduled-queries --region ap-northeast-1

In the CloudWatch Logs console, you can view and manage your scheduled queries by following these steps:

  1. Open the CloudWatch Logs console
  2. Choose Scheduled query, then View scheduled queries

This will take you to the Scheduled queries page where you can see all your scheduled queries in a centralized location. Each scheduled query will display its unique name, creation date, status of last run, last triggered time, and repeating frequency.

To update an existing scheduled query:

  1. From the Scheduled queries page, select the scheduled query you want to modify
  2. Choose Edit
  3. Make your desired changes to the configuration (such as the query string, schedule, destinations, or execution role)
  4. Choose Save changes

Alternatively, you can use the AWS CLI with the list-scheduled-queries command to view your scheduled queries, or the update-scheduled-query command to modify them programmatically.

The scheduled queries functionality remains available in CloudWatch Log Analytics - it's just accessed through the dedicated Scheduled query section in the console rather than being directly visible in the query editor interface.
