Delays in the approval of ses production access

Hi there,

I hope this post reaches the aws staff.

I have requested production access and now it is been more than 24 hours and I have not received any email either indicating that my case is under review or not. I have verified all the emails and the domain itself and I even wrote another email describing my use case of this email after the auto reject. I do not even know if I have not complied with anything or not.

Was planning to make our site public today on 5th December, 2023 but it seems I'll have to wait for the approval that I am not even aware about it's progress.

Don't mean to sound desperate but your approval is very important to my project.
