How to access Resource level to increase service quota like Phone numbers per instance?

Question

I am trying to increase service quota (phone numbers per instance). But here "Applied acccount-level quota value" says "Not Applicable: This quota is not adjustable at account level" and Adjustability says "Resource level". How Can I visit resource level? Please check the screenshot.

Hello.

If you click "Phone numbers per instance" from the service quota screen, a list of Amazon Connect instances in the open region will be displayed.

You can increase your quota by selecting the Amazon Connect instance for which you want to increase your quota and clicking "Request increase at resource level."
