How to recover or reset rdsadmin user in MYSQL database

We lost our rdsadmin password. Is there any way to recover/reset the password with the master user or do we need to contact AWS for support on this?

Rdsadmin user is only for AWS reserved internal use. You will not be given the password for this user.

You can only reset your main credential configured on your rds instance through the rds gui.
