In Lightsail firewall can a note field be added to the rules?

This will be very helpful specially when one visits the rules and can't recall or determine why certain rules are there.

Perhaps they were added long ago or a team member added them and now it's difficult to determine what exactly the rule is intended for.

While on this topic, it would also be very useful to specify comma separated port numbers in firewall rules, not just port ranges.
