Yes you can.
On your AWS public VIF, you can apply route filters to ensure that only the desired prefixes are advertised. This can be done via BGP configuration.
To restrict the advertisement of your BYOIP prefixes via AWS public IGWs and peerings, you can use route policies and route tables.
IMPORTANT!!! Ensure that your route tables do not propagate the BYOIP prefixes to the IGWs or peering connections.
