Why my billing address is not pulled when trying to add a new PO

When I try to add a new PO, the billing address is not pulled, this creates an error and I can't add Purchase Orders to the system

I would recommend checking the following to ensure you have everything set up correctly:

  1. Ensure that your account settings are set up properly. It's possible that your account doesn't have the necessary permissions and access rights to retrieve and pull the billing information.
