Is it possible to obtain a consistent and unchanging outbound IP address within a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) for AWS Elemental MediaConnect?

Our use case involves creating new flows, and currently, a new outbound IP is assigned each time. We are seeking a solution to eliminate this dynamic assignment and instead establish one or more static IP addresses. This would facilitate seamless communication with clients, allowing us to provide them with a fixed IP for whitelisting purposes, rather than requiring them to update their whitelist each time a new flow is created.
