what is VPC billing ?

Question

Well, I suddenly get billing around 1 dollar with say that is VPC billing. The question is I only have 1 service during the date when billing occurs which is Lambda (Which only gets called around 10 times ), and I think just creating lambda function without calling it shouldn't get billed from it right?
Also, I only have 1 aws default VPC so I want to know why this billing occurs.

Hello.

Please open the VPC item toggle on your invoice to see detailed items.  
You can check the details by clicking on the red frame part as shown in the image below.  
Check the details to see what items in your VPC you're being billed for.

If Lambda is connected to a VPC, an ENI will be created, so there is a possibility of that fee.  
Please also check whether Lambda is connected to the VPC.
