How to pass parameters to an identity provider using Cognito?

I need to pass parameters to Google such as access_type: 'offline' when calling the /authorize route to get a refresh token from google. Is there a way to make Cognito add this parameter to every request to Google? Or can Cognito forward parameters from its own /authorize route?
