Games digital distribution platform

Question

I want to enter into digital game distribution services, similar to STEAM. I am new to all this. Need help and suggestions on how can I develop a steam-like platform where
1.  There will be 2 interfaces - 1 for gamers, 1 for the game developer
2. Game codes to be stored in the cloud
3. User authentication will be needed
4. Game license management will be needed

That's a big question - actually, many big questions. I'd suggest that re:Post isn't the place to ask that - mainly because it's a discussion rather than a "here's a single way to do this". Even a single way would (probably) take several pages of notes; and that would lead to lots more Q&A. And there's no single one "good" way of doing what you're proposing - depending on the skills you and your team have; the preferences in design and so on.
