Icannot connect to my windows instance after using it for a few days.

I recently connected and started using my instance. i have been using it for over 7 days. However, today when i tried connecting to my RDC, i cannot connect. I tried redownloading the remote file, still failed, re-booting instance and downloading remote file, still failed. my instance was working correctly , i made no changes and suddenly i cannot connect to it.
