AWS Lightsail Drupal Certified by Bitnami with multisites and SSL by Let's Encrypt

Greetings to the members of the community, I would need a clarification: with an AWS Lightsail Drupal (9.2.7-5) Certified by Bitnami instance, it is possible: a) Manage Multisites and b) for each site to manage the SSL certificates with Let's Encrypt (as with bncert-tool)? thank you very much!
