Inferentia scaling activity error

Hello, I am using an autoscaling group with inferentia chips but I encounter some problems during the deployment. There are three available zones in my ASG which means that those zones must contain available instances in order to have a successful deployment. I am using terraform as IaC, here is the error:

│ Error: waiting for Auto Scaling Group (<asg_name>) capacity satisfied: 1 error occurred: │ * Scaling activity (<event_id>): Failed: We currently do not have sufficient inf1.2xlarge capacity in the Availability Zone you requested (us-east-1c). Our system will be working on provisioning additional capacity. You can currently get inf1.2xlarge capacity by not specifying an Availability Zone in your request or choosing us-east-1a, us-east-1b, us-east-1d, us-east-1f. Launching EC2 instance failed.

It is working without problems with abundant CPUs but with Inferentia chips it's another story.
