error in saas boots installation

I assume you're talking about [AWS SaaS Boost](https://github.com/awslabs/aws-saas-boost).
This error is due to a [recent changed implemented by S3](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2023/04/amazon-s3-security-best-practices-buckets-default/) to disable ACL permissions on buckets by default. A fix was merged into the `main` branch on April 24th. See https://github.com/awslabs/aws-saas-boost/pull/508.
