Do you know Member/Linked Accounts in the Organization can now access Trusted Advisor Priority recommendations?
What’s New?
AWS launched Trusted Advisor Priority (TA-Priority) member account experience in Q2 2023 for all Enterprise Support customers. Member accounts belonging to a customer’s AWS Organization can now see and action recommendations shared by their Account teams. Management Accounts will continue to receive recommendations aggregated across their AWS Organization and can monitor their status; however, they will no longer need to share recommendations with individual member accounts or take action on their behalf. This launch is part of our 2023 strategy to make TA-Priority recommendations more accessible, actionable and strengthen customer feedback loops to continuously improve our machine learning models that prioritize the most relevant recommendations for each customer.
What’s Customers can do with this new feature?
- All member accounts of customer’s AWS Organization will receive TA-Priority recommendations relevant to their accounts, when AWS Account teams share a recommendation with the customer’s management account.
- Customer member accounts will be able to Acknowledge/Dismiss/Resolve recommendations in their account and the customer management account will be able to see the actions taken by their member accounts within the overall recommendation.
For Member Accounts:
For Management Account:
- Management accounts will now be able to filter all recommendations based on a particular Account Number.
- Management accounts will now have a My account tab to view recommendations that are relevant to their account.
- Aggregated recommendations in Management accounts will be auto resolved or dismissed when all member accounts have resolved or dismissed their individual recommendations.
Call to Actions for Enterprise Support Customers
Review any prioritized TA recommendations available in TA Priority tab in the TA Console. As per the TA Priority workflow, take actions to Acknowledge, Dismiss or Resolve the recommendations. Contact your Account Team if you have any questions or need any support to find the most appropriate solution to resolve any of the recommendations.
