Aurora cluster stuck in `Creating` for many hours

Hi,

I created an Aurora serverless postgres cluster yesterday, and was still stuck in Creating today, over 12 hours later. I deleted it and created it again, and it's stuck in 'Creating' again for around 4+ hours so far.

Can you tell me if I did anything wrong when creating this? I'll leave it running so you can check on it for me.
