S3 - Google Indexing

If the PDF is available on a standard Web URI (ie., you have enabled web-hosting on your S3 bucket), then you can just submit the URL directly to Google for indexing. Refer to https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289#request_indexing

For multiple files - it makes sense to create a sitemap file, and submit that.
