See the comments above. Also, if your server is in a private subnet, you will need the Elastic IP address of the NAT Gateway/Instance instead of the IP of the server.

Hi. What service are you using to host your AWS servers?
If you are using AWS EC2 instance, you should be able to see it on EC2 Dashboard of the region you have launched the EC2 instance. Start -> Login to your AWS Account -> Select the appropriate region -> Go to EC2 Dashboard -> Click on Instances -> Select your instance (server) ->Select tab Networking (below) -> Public/Private IPs would be visible ->End
