Hello,
Greetings of the day!! Thank you for contacting AWS.
Unfortunately, there is no direct way to pull out the S3 Bucket name associated with the RDS DB identifier name. However, Its the IAM role that will be associated with the RDS instance and the policy of the IAM role will have the S3 bucket name and permissions. As Code support is beyond scope of AWS Support. I researched on this and on the best effort basis, providing you below documents which can prove to be useful to you.

Hi, could you detail the use cases a little bit more? Which RDS DB type are you using? Which S3 bucket do you want to identify? Why do you want to interact with that bucket?
