Amazon Omics - permissions issue

I am getting access issues while executing a custom workflow and the error is as below: touch: cannot touch '/mnt/workflow/cd/58b4aca3244105aa9403bb8922924f/.command.begin': Permission denied Is /mnt the external storage mounted and how can we fix the permission denied issue?

This issue is triggered by using Containers with custom users, instead of the default "root" container user.

I ran into the same issue recently, and escalated to the Omics engineering team. The response I received on July26th was- they've identified this permissions issue and will have a fix in-place by next week.
