Only one viewable SRT connection

Setup I have a hardware encoder (Caller) streaming SRT video to MediaConnect (flow source: Listener). I then setup an Output in this flow to SRT Listener.

Problem When I connect to that Output SRT Listener from a SRT player (caller) on my LAN, I can only make one connection at a time. When I try and make second connection from a second player, the second player doesn't connect (it just hangs). The players I tried are OBS VLC input, ffplay, and Larix Player. All the same results. I also tried making a second connection from a different WAN address (while the first connection was connected) and it also didn't work.
