Hi! This is a bit tricky, as you've not described how you know it's being blocked by a particular AWS service. People can run their own deny and permit lists, using combinations of Network Access Control Lists, Security Groups aligned to particular network interfaces, AWS WAF and AWS Network Firewall. On top of that, if their device lives in a VPC network which doesn't have a route back to the source address (which some don't depending on how they've been built), this can also look like a traffic block too. Can you provide any more details?
