AWS Elastic Beanstalk application failed to deploy

Elastic Beanstalk application has deployment policy RollingWithAdditionalBatch and rolling update type immutable. We tried to deploy the java application through code pipeline but the deployment failed with this error although the deployment was successful in the pervious days with the same configuration also we have tried to set both the deployment policy and the rolling update type to immutable as the error says using the console and the CDK but the configuration deployment failed without any error
