WorkDocs prevents login: "Unable to authenticate enterprise user. Please retry."

I have enabled the IP whitelisting and changed the security settings on our WorkDocs admin panel. My IP is good, I am sure of it but I think the security setting is preventing me to login. Now I can not login to the WorkDocs admin panel again How I can change those settings again?

To isolate the issue, kindly collect a HAR log while log into the WorkDocs. You can refer the below document to collect the HAR logs : https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/support-case-browser-har-file

In the HAR log please check if you receive any error (similar to 401 : AuthenticationFailedException: Access is denied). Also login with a different Site Administrator account to verify the behaviour.
